Rainbow Referral Services was created for Hawaii Realtors that are currently too busy with other endeavors to concentrate on their real estate career full-time - and for Hawaii agents who, due to the current state of the real estate market, do not find it feasible to pay all of the numerous fees required of full-time licensees.
As an RRS Referral Agent, you are not required to pay E&O Insurance, MLS/HIS fees, be a member of a local Board of Realtors, Hawaii Association of Realtors, or the National Association of Realtors.
Agents signing on with RRS must hold active Hawaii real estate licenses. Agents must have completed the current required Continuing Education requirements, and pay the annual state licensing fees.
As a RRS Referral Agent, you can ensure that your loyal clients are still receiving the top level of service that they've come to expect - AND you'll be able to maintain an income from your real estate career - without the burden of onerous fees required of full-time active agents.
RRS agents will be paid 20% referral fees directly out of escrow for every closed transaction referred to RRS.
