"Being a real estate agent myself and having a BA in commercial and contract law (from Europe), I know that a safe and solid real estate transaction involves more than just finding or selling a home.

 

-         For one, it involves serious contract handling. The difference between  good and poor handling of the sales contract can mean thousands of dollars in your pocket. A good Realtor can help you to avoid lawsuits or bring benefits to a property sale that may affect you for the rest of your life.

the purpose of looking at condominiums. Upon meeting her for the first time
I was immediately taken with both her sincerity as well her eagerness to
help me find exactly what I was looking for. It was my first venture into
real estate on the island and Kimi was very careful to explain the different
areas and emphasized how important it was for me to get a good "feel" for
the various locales before I made any decisions. Over a period of 4 days,
Kimi showed me a wide variety of properties all over the island. She was
always very patient and professional throughout, and at no time did I feel
